JD Edwards is an enterprise solution for managing business processes and solving business challenges for any-size business with a 39 years heritage with development centers spread across Denver, & IDC (India) working together as a single team. Critical issues are monitored and worked on a 24X7 model – with efficient collaboration between these locations. The development center has dedicated Development, Quality Testing & Information Development Teams.

Oracle JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Tools Development provides support to the framework and helps to add new functionality to various Applications under EnterpriseOne product family. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

Required Skills :

  • Java/C,C++,Cloud, Oracle Jet

Optional Skills :

  • Exposure to JD Edwards Domain

  • Understanding of multiple App servers (WebLogic and WebSphere Application servers) and various DB servers (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2) along with different OS (WIN / Linux / AS400)

  • Acquaintance with Agile development methodologies

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification – Possess B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A degree with minimum 70%

  • Experience – 2-10Yrs.

  • Good communication and problem solving skills

  • Enthusiastic to work for product development.

  • Did not sit for an interview with oracle in the last 1 year.

Responsibilities

  1. Own the support and maintenance for existing as well as new and enhanced features/functionality as they pertain to the deployment of Oracle JDEdwards EnterpriseOne products on cloud and on-premise.

  2. Work with our Global Support Center, Field Consultants and Customers to assure that our customers successfully implement and utilize our products. Collaborate with other development teams, synthesizing input to deliver fast and innovative solutions to reported issues with our products.

Detailed Description

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Job Requirements

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
