Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a DC Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a DC Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution center. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DC Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Gastonia, NC

Pay Range: $17.70 per hour

What's the Job?

• Receive and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.

• Verify inventory quantities and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including manual pallet jacks and forklifts (after training).

• Pick and stage parts for store replenishment using RF scanners.

• Maintain complete and accurate paperwork related to inventory and operations.

What's Needed?

• No prior warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

• Basic math skills to perform calculations accurately.

• Commitment to work full scheduled shifts with flexibility for overtime.

• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
