ManpowerGroup DC Associate - 2nd Shift in Gastonia, North Carolina
Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a DC Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a DC Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution center. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: DC Associate - 2nd Shift
Location: Gastonia, NC
Pay Range: $17.70 per hour
What's the Job?
Receive and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
Verify inventory quantities and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including manual pallet jacks and forklifts (after training).
Pick and stage parts for store replenishment using RF scanners.
Maintain complete and accurate paperwork related to inventory and operations.
What's Needed?
No prior warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
Basic math skills to perform calculations accurately.
Commitment to work full scheduled shifts with flexibility for overtime.
Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
