Job Summary:
The Director of Geneva Outpatient Treatment Center is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs, including the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. This role ensures compliance with agency policies, treatment philosophy, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of innovation, recovery-focused care, and wellness. The Director will work closely with the CCBHC Project Director to ensure adherence to FLACRA policies, treatment philosophy, and CCBHC regulatory guidelines , ensuring seamless coordination and integration of services.

Geneva Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Staff CCBHC on-site staff as needed Required Qualifications:
Valid NYS Drivers License. Licensed healthcare professional (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or RN) or Fully Limited Permit as a healthcare professional. Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in behavioral health clinical settings. Experience in developing and implementing new programs. Familiarity with community outreach, crisis response, and maintaining safety in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CCBHC Project Director to align clinic operations with the CCBHC model and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead the clinical development and oversight of Geneva Outpatient Treatment Center services, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Provide on-call agency support as part of the Mental Health rotation schedule. Facilitate motivational team building and provide group supervision to support staff growth. Conduct staff evaluations and professional development plans in alignment with agency standards. Lead and actively participate in staff, in-service, and supervisory meetings. Maintain required records, reports, and statistical data for compliance and performance analysis. Build and sustain collaborative relationships with community groups, referral sources, and service agencies. Recruit, screen, and interview prospective staff, ensuring a high level of talent acquisition. Deliver community presentations and training programs to support outreach and education. Coordinate care within FLACRA programs and with community partners to provide integrated services. Ensure effective staff scheduling to meet program needs and maintain clinic functionality. Provide monthly statistical reporting and analysis for program improvement. Respond to crisis or emergency situations to ensure client safety and well-being. Support the development and oversight of additional service lines as FLACRA grows to meet community needs. Represent FLACRA with professionalism and uphold its mission, vision, and values.
