We are providing an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Georgetown, Kentucky. As an integral part of our team, your role will be to handle customer applications, maintain accurate customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. Moreover, monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions will also be a part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently

• Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies related to accounts payable

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the account status

• Handle a high volume of invoice processing with precision

• Perform general ledger coding as part of the accounts payable function

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and account reconciliation

• Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely payments

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing and reconciling multiple accounts simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proven ability to manage Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
