Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Georgetown, TX

Pay Rate 21.28

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:45pm

Position Overview:

Are you a hands-on, team-oriented, and self-motivated individual? We are looking for you to become a vital part of our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant at our Georgetown, TX location! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Test Department by managing supply requests, maintaining employee and contractor data, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain records for contingent workforce staffing

  • Facilitate supply purchases

  • Administering company policies and procedures

  • Perform other Admin duties assigned by management

  • Special projects and problem solving

  • Support overtime meal requirements for production teams

What You’ll Bring:

  • A college degree or high school diploma.

  • 3+ years of relevant administrative experience (manufacturing experience is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an adaptive communication style.

  • Confidence in decision-making and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to take the lead when necessary.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
