We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Management proffesional to join our Finance organisation.
What you’ll do:
The purpose of the role is to manage, lead and support the Transformation strategy by providing effective design, execution and coordination of all identified projects within EMEA, ensuring effective on time delivery. In this exciting new role, you will successfully deliver strategic change, cost reduction, continuous improvement and productivity initiatives across the full controllership organization.
As the Project Manager-Finance you will :
Manage multiple projects across the controllership organization driving finance transformation, standardization and continuous improvement opportunities
Establish project scope, objectives and timeline
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Plan, monitor, control and report on the project progress
Coordinate, execute, investigate and establish all process, systems and business
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Maintain regular contact with the EMEA customer base through site visits, customer calls and VC sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a relevant Business subject
Previous experience in Project management environment ideally supporting a Finance organisation
Formal Project Management qualifications would be highly desirable
Project and Program Management methodologies, processes, procedures and tools
Project governance , risk management, change management expertise
Process/Continuous Improvement experience essential (Six Sigma green or black belt qualifications highly desirable)
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage high level stakeholders up to a VP level
Very good interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
