Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college-level intern to join our Electric Transmission project controls team. The intern will work closely with our project managers and controls team to assist with project scheduling in SAP, cost controls, project budgeting and reporting, project management support, invoice review and auditing, and process improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project controls and management within the electric transmission industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project scheduling to ensure timely and accurate project timelines.
Support cost control activities by monitoring project expenses and identifying discrepancies.
Assist with budgeting and financial reports.
Track project progress.
Review and audit invoices.
Suggest process improvements.
Ensure data accuracy.
Prepare financial and performance reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Qualifications:
Currently in college, studying Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Good at analyzing and solving problems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Education Requirements
Have completed the first year at a 4-year college or university
Be graduating in 2026 or 2027
Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
