TAD PGS, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Glendale, California

We have an outstanding Contract position for Administrative Assistant for a great client located in the Glendale, CA. Need to work onsite every day in Glendale, CA, This is a contract position for 5-6 months with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong administrative skills, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, calendar, outlook, etc.

  • Will be supporting the Retail Operations Manager

  • Processing invoices and handling purchase orders experience is needed

  • Manage and maintain vendor records

  • Validate work completed, invoicing, orders etc.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • 3-5 years of experience ; prior experience in purchase orders,

  • Experience with invoicing

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Strong communication skills are needed to interact with employees, management, and external partners.

  • Clear and concise communication is needed for this position

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and detailed reporting is crucial in ensuring consistent vendor deliverables.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to identify issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and implement effective resolutions.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
