We have an outstanding Contract position for Administrative Assistant for a great client located in the Glendale, CA. Need to work onsite every day in Glendale, CA, This is a contract position for 5-6 months with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
Strong administrative skills, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, calendar, outlook, etc.
Will be supporting the Retail Operations Manager
Processing invoices and handling purchase orders experience is needed
Manage and maintain vendor records
Validate work completed, invoicing, orders etc.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
3-5 years of experience ; prior experience in purchase orders,
Experience with invoicing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong communication skills are needed to interact with employees, management, and external partners.
Clear and concise communication is needed for this position
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and detailed reporting is crucial in ensuring consistent vendor deliverables.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to identify issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
