GE Healthcare HR Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract) in Remote,

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Project Manager within our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business, a leading partner in contrast media and molecular imaging agents enhancing clinical decisions across a broad portfolio of diagnostics to include cardiology, neurology, and oncology care pathways.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or Transition Service Agreements (TSA) being a plus. This role will be critical in driving our growth strategy and ensuring the successful monitoring and execution of expansion projects, including organizational design, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, ongoing resource management, and contract management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust human capital expansion strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.

  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including budget, human capital, and technology, to support expansion initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the expansion process.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth expansion.

  • Timeline Management: Create and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure that expansion milestones are met on schedule.

  • Change Management: Manage organizational changes effectively, minimizing disruption and ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on the status of expansion projects. Track progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.

  • Organizational Design: Lead the design and implementation of new organizational structures to support expansion. Assess and modify, as necessary

  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including proactive orchestration for procurement of fleet and technology with internal partners a smooth transition into the company.

  • Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts related to expansion projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field equivalent experience preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an expansion role, with a minimum of 8 years PM experience.

  • Experience with M&A or TSA is highly desirable.

  • Strong strategic planning and resource management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficient in risk management and change management.

  • Ability to create and maintain detailed project timelines.

  • Strong analytical and market research skills.

  • Ability to provide clear and concise reports to senior management.

  • Experience in organizational design, onboarding, resource management, and contract management.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $139,200.00-$208,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
