Starfish Project reaches thousands of supporters each week through our online engagement with customers on social media, live customer service chat, and email communications. The Distribution Center in Goshen plays a key role in this work by distributing products to our customers and engaging with the local community. Hosting up to 50 volunteers each week, our volunteers are equally vital to and passionate about supporting the work of Starfish Project.

Position Overview:

Starfish Project is seeking a positive, professional people-person to become our Customer Relations Assistant. This person will support the sales growth of Starfish Project by delivering outstanding customer engagement, wherever the customers are, including live support chat on the website, on the phone, posting on social media channels, and delivering excellent customer service over email. The Customer Relations Assistant will excite customers and supporters about shopping and engaging with the Starfish Project brand.

Engage with customers in comments and DMs on social media, exciting them about supporting the Starfish Project brand.

Help grow the sales of Starfish Project by connecting with wholesale customers on the phone and email to offer an outstanding customer service experience.

Post on social media daily using content provided by the Digital Marketing Manager.
