Match candidate skills with customer job openings. Qualify candidates through discussions with their former managers. Document candidate personal attributes, professional qualifications and career desires. Manage shifting priorities. Work as a member of a compact, fast moving, competitive team with well-respected seasoned staffing professionals to closely manage customer and candidate relationships.
