Job Description
We are seeking skilled Controls Technicians for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a highly automated facility. Compensation ranges from $28 - $36/hr depending on experience and skill level, with a 10% shift premium for 2nd shift and a 6% shift premium for 3rd shift.
Monitor PLC programs (Mitsubishi and/or Siemens) using various inspection logic and HMI.
Control system documentation and equipment configuration changes.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, inspection flow, and control components.
Troubleshoot various statuses (I/O boards, encoder, light controller, module, and devices).
Essential Skills
A minimum of 3 years in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
Understanding of electrical circuits and industrial systems.
Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair PLC system faults.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Mitsubishi PLCs.
Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
