Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour and up, depending on experience

We are a fast-growing dry erase board manufacturer based in Grand Prairie, Texas, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Administrative Office Coordinator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager role, becoming a key support for our Operations Manager and an integral part of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Administrative Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth office management. Your primary duties will include:
Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders for materials and supplies.
Inventory & Cycle Counting: Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
Receiving & Order Tracking: Receive incoming materials, verify accuracy, and maintain order tracking logs.
Vendor Coordination: Set up new vendors, manage vendor relationships, and handle supply orders and building maintenance needs.
Logistics Support: Assist with logistics operations, including freight claims, order tracking, and coordinating shipments.
Clerical & Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and handle general office duties to support the operations team.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Support: Assist with financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with strong administrative and operational skills who can grow into a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Office Administration: Prior experience in office management, clerical work, and data entry is essential.
Purchase Order & Inventory Experience: Strong background in purchase order entry, inventory management, and cycle counting.
Computer Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
Vendor & Logistics Knowledge: Experience setting up new vendors, managing vendor accounts, and handling logistics operations (freight claims knowledge is a plus).
Manufacturing & Safety Awareness: Familiarity with manufacturing environments and safety protocols is a plus.
Professional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Self-Motivated & Adaptable: A quick learner with the ability to manage changing priorities and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
