TEKsystems Active Directory Engineer in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Description:

• Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of security best practices, including auditing, access controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

• Scripting and Automation: Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.

• Azure AD and Hybrid Environments: Experience with Azure Active Directory and integrating on-premises AD with cloud-based environments.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Skills in managing IAM solutions and implementing single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

• Disaster Recovery and Backup: Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions for AD, and experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation.

• Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve AD-related issues and optimize performance.

• Project Management and Documentation: Ability to lead projects related to AD, create comprehensive documentation, and provide training and support to junior administrators.
