Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the law office environment, specifically in the Help Desk/Call Center industry. You will be responsible for providing professional communication and technical support, including troubleshooting, password resets, and handling hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to basic help desk calls and providing immediate support or escalating issues when necessary.

• Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, and Apple Devices.

• Managing and resetting passwords using Active Directory.

• Assisting with the configuration and management of various technologies including Backup Technologies and Configuration Management.

• Maintaining a professional communication style to effectively address customer inquiries.

• Monitoring and maintaining hardware and software in the office environment.

• Assisting with networking issues and providing solutions.

• Ensuring accurate customer records through meticulous data management.

• Processing customer applications efficiently and accurately.

• Taking appropriate action to monitor and manage customer accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development

• Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Citrix Technologies

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Expertise in Active Directory

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Apple Devices

• Proficient with Backup Technologies

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Availability to work in shifts if required
