Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a meticulous and highly organized Executive Assistant in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our CEO by managing their schedule, preparing for meetings, and assisting with other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar meticulously, ensuring that all meetings are properly scheduled and attended.

• Prepare necessary documentation for meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.

• Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient trips.

• Communicate effectively with various teams and individuals across the organization.

• Handle correspondence and other forms of communication on behalf of the CEO.

• Utilize Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel for various tasks such as report generation and budgeting.

• Assist with Human Resources tasks such as high-level interview scheduling.

• Maintain and manage customer credit records and process credit applications when necessary.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required.

• Offer flexibility in rapidly changing business environments, capable of adjusting plans and schedules as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required to manage financial aspects of the role effectively

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is needed for effective remote communication and meeting coordination

• Experience with Concur is necessary for managing expenses and travel arrangements

• Knowledge of CRM systems is essential for managing client relationships and tracking interactions

• Proficiency in using Kronos Timekeeping System is needed for accurate tracking of hours worked

• Experience with About Time software is required for efficient time and project management

• Strong calendar management skills are necessary to organize and manage the executive's schedule effectively

• Excellent communication skills are crucial for efficient internal and external communication

• Ability to manage and coordinate conference calls is needed to facilitate seamless communication
