Responsibilities

The Sales Team Leader assists the Sales management team to manage the activities of specified sales staff, ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual assists in the training, cross-training, and development of specified sales team. ​

Qualifications

• Previous auto sales experience required.

• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral

• Basic computer skills

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
