Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a Fortune 100 Oil and Gas client in Greeley, CO who is globally recognized leader in energy production and one of the biggest companies in the US. Responsibilities for this role will be focused mainly on project management, business analysis, presentation & communication, stakeholder engagement & change management and continuous improvement, outlined in more detail below. Pay for this role is starting at $45 an hour and can go up to $65+ for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

 Lead and manage business analysis projects from initiation through completion.

 Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

 Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Business Analysis:

 Meeting owner, responsible for managing meeting administration, timing and follow-ups. Attach relevant pre-reads where needed, include pre-reads with the meeting invite.

 Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

 Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.

 Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Presentation and Communication:

 Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project updates, analysis findings, and strategic recommendations.

 Use storytelling techniques to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

 Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement and Change management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

 Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback, share outputs of meetings to relevant stakeholders

 Share the teams vision and mission across the organization

 Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

 Foster a community of learning and development and growth mindset

Continuous Improvement:

 Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

 Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

 Proven experience in project management, including leading complex projects in the oil and gas industry.

 Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

 Proficiency in PowerPoint null
