The Food Services Team prepares three meals and two snacks for approximately 20 people each day. This position is responsible for: Overall function of the kitchen in conjunction with Program Leadership Cooking & serving meals Monitoring and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Ordering and maintaining an inventory of food & kitchen products following an established budget Menu planning Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma/GED and 1 year of experience in a food service field including cooking & meal planning. Completion of ServSafe Food Manager Certification must be achieved within three months of hire. Preferred candidates will have an Associate\'s degree in Culinary Arts and 3 years of experience in a food service field cooking and meal planning.
