JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Sustainability Partnerships Director is responsible for the execution of solutions to support the expansion of Breakthrough\'s sustainability offerings. The role will be responsible to develop solutions that help clients achieve their sustainability goals by surfacing low-carbon freight solutions to meet specific client transportation needs. This individual will be responsible for the development of partnerships with carriers and energy providers and the implementation of all activities required to execute in pursuit of internal and client goals. This is an individual contributor role developing a new business within a 20-year-old startup company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Represent Breakthrough and interface in various settings, supporting the team in the deployment of complex solutions and partnerships throughout the Sustainability ecosystem Build expert level understanding of the low carbon freight landscape including energy providers, carriers, and OEMs Develop understanding of emissions reporting and client goals to build custom solutions that fit client goals Support the development of the customer and partnership implementation and management process for sustainability solutions Keep current with the key sustainability industry leaders and the technology driving market acceptance and change Live our values of High Performance, Caring Relationships, Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurial Spirit Find A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization Continuously learn and develop self professionally Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree in business, transportation, logistics or related field or equivalent experience 5-10+ years of experience in operations in transportation and logistics, supply chain, or other complex operational solutions and systems Proven history of strong team leadership Experience in Fortune 500 client interactions and business development relationships Understanding of competitive landscape including new industry technologies and trends Ability to work in partnership across the company and its portfolio Ability to work in a diverse organization where group interaction,...
