Winona Foods Warehouse Lead-2nd Shift in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Job Details:

  • Full-time

  • 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday)

  • Department: Cross-Dock

  • Job Location: Green Bay, WI

Summary:

Under the direction of the Cross-Dock Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead is engaged in receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping equipment, materials, and supplies. 

Job Duties:

The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Drive forklift

  • Load/Unload trailers

  • Use our Warehouse Management System (E21)

  • Monitor E21 to ensure location moves are being done

  • Train new employees

  • Prioritize workload for shift

  • Participate in our cycle count program

  • Pick orders (bulk ingredients and finished goods)

  • Wrap pallets

  • Inventory control

  • Receive/Ship orders

  • Stack pallets in pallet racking

  • Work safely

  • Comply with our company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards

  • Oversee all responsibilities to ensure they are being done by warehouse staff in a correct and timely manner

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of previous warehouse experience required

  • Previous leadership experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds

  • Ability to use computer systems

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees of the organization
