JOB REQUIREMENTS: Set up machine for operation. Control and adjust machine settings when necessary to improve performance. Test Operation of machine periodically. Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance. Perform Quality Control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor. Create and maintain activity logs. Comply with all safety and health regulations. Maintain Cleanliness in work area. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications Effective communication, including speaking, writing, active listening, and taking instruction. Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs. Great time management. Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of production procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform mathematical calculations in different units of measure. Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary.)
