The role involves leading the development of spare parts, service, and repair solutions to enhance vehicle uptime while ensuring safety and quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging automation and data analytics for continuous improvement.

responsibilities:

• Lead the development of efficient spare parts, service, and repair solutions to maximize vehicle uptime and create a competitive advantage in the aftermarket business.

• Develop, document, and optimize spare parts solutions for technical repairs.

• Create, adapt, and document repair methods and standard times at the component, system, and vehicle levels.

• Develop, adapt, and document special tools required for repair methods.

• Lead internal technical reviews related to spare parts, repair methods, and standard times to ensure coherence.

• Verify, validate, and quality assure technical solutions before system introduction.

• Synchronize technical solutions with stakeholders, taking a holistic view of the entire product value chain.

Skills:

• Have a passion/interest for Automation (Python, Java, C++) to develop solutions to drive efficiency in day-to-day work.

• strong skills in Data Analytics to help drive decision making to support the business based on data.
