Job Title: Packaging Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Packaging Engineer with CATIA CAD experience and a willingness to use Creo. This position typically requires 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves supporting EE components development with packaging and installation design activities, designing, developing, and reviewing technical solutions while ensuring alignment with EE strategies. You will be responsible for securing the interests of electrical packaging and installation for all ongoing and potential future projects, making decisions on larger adjustments, and proposing new technical solutions. This position requires operational responsibility in day-to-day work within given processes and procedures. At the senior level, you will apply advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience, support junior team members and peers, be a role model of lifelong learning, and develop others as a trainer or coach. You will be expected to develop a broader profile and work confidently within a wider network, clearly articulating how you are creating value within your part of the business.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS in Engineering preferred

• 5 years of experience

• Proficient and current with CATIA

• Knowledge of Creo

• Cab wiring

• Cabling, routing, piping

• Packaging wiring inside the cab of a truck

• Experience in automotive, truck, or heavy equipment industries

Job Type

This is a long term, indefinite contract position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greensboro, North Carolina.
