ManpowerGroup Senior CAD Engineer in Greensboro, North Carolina

Our client, a leader in the automotive sector , is seeking a Senior CAD Engineer to join their team. As a Senior CAD Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Services department supporting various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: CAD Engineer

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: $45-$52/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and design engineering documentation, such as drawings, 3D models, and CAD modules/assemblies.

  • Mature the product in the CAD system and redesign existing models.

  • Create assemblies of CAD models, and detect, report, and resolve packaging conflicts.

  • Secure quality and readiness before release.

  • Define how to use the drawing as the basis for verifying the product geometrical properties and produce technical drawings that are sufficient to define a product.

What’s Needed?

  • Experience with Catia V5 and Creo.

  • Ability to perform analysis and draw conclusions based on engineering data.

  • Advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (minimum 5 years relevant experience).

  • Capability to support junior team members and peers, acting as a role model of lifelong learning.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate value within the wider network.
