Part-time--This position is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings at Greenville Park Commission  in Greenville, MS.  Supervises a staff of facilities maintenance workers who perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and electrical servicing for the Parks' facilities. Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain buildings/facilities. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. An integral part of our ability to attract and keep customer lies in the appearance and upkeep of the parks and facilities. A strong ability to train people is very important, The Facilities Supervisor will maintain the buildings in the most efficient and cost-effective and cost-effective manner. While performing these duties it is expected that the supervisor is constantly ensuring quality control through mointoring timeliness, accuracy, and quality of performance.
