Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Customer Relationship Center Contact Representative I based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do:

  • Provide centralized sales and service support for the Major Accounts and Fleet Management teams within the Customer Success department.

  • Respond to incoming and outbound sales and service requests via phone, email, chat, API, Service Portals, or other customer channels.

  • Coordinate activities with dealers, end-customers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Use multiple systems and platforms to navigate sales and service channels, offering proactive solutions to complex inquiries.

  • Support the business by being the "face and voice," fostering strong relationships with dealers and internal teams throughout the sales and service lifecycle.

  • Please note : Occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability may be required as needed.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (no experience required)

  • Associate's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Strong keyboarding skills for a high-volume environment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

  • Excellent verbal and technical communication skills, with a solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse professional environment across various business channels.

  • Strong listening and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
