We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a great, well-known company here in the Greenville area! Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Invoice Processing

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Regular monitoring of customer accounts to ensure accuracy

• Entering invoices and ensuring their approval - will be responsible for both PO and non PO invoices

• Preparing and handling Expense Reports

• Maintaining Vendor Files using Microsoft Excel

• Resolving any discrepancies and conducting Check Runs.

This position is onsite, full time Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Ability to accurately Enter Invoices into the system

• Expertise in handling Invoice Approvals

• Familiarity with processing Expense Reports

• Capability to Maintain Vendor Files

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to effectively Resolve Discrepancies in accounts

• Experience in managing Check Runs.
