Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative in the Life Insurance industry, based in Greenville, South Carolina, United States. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in assisting customers with their insurance needs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient processing of customer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in marketing calls regarding Medicaid open enrollment.

• Verify customer information over phone calls.

• Facilitate and schedule appointments for customers.

• Assist customers with policy renewal discussions.

• Greet and direct guests, and assist in scheduling for other agents.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to and from customers.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data and order entry.

• Respond to customer inquiries through email correspondence.

• Use your skills in Call Center Customer Service to provide top-notch customer experience.

• Utilize your ability to multitask to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Strong skills in data entry and order entry

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Experience in a call center environment, providing excellent customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
