Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and reliable Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide general warehouse support, including operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Equipment Operation : Safely operate various equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools, to efficiently manage inventory and support the shipping and receiving process.
Material Handling : Assist with the movement of materials and items from the receiving area to designated bin locations within the warehouse.
Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment via will call, delivery, or installation, ensuring orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Inventory Organization : Allocate products to appropriate racks, shelves, or bins in the warehouse, following predetermined sequences to optimize space and workflow.
Inventory Accuracy : Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity and report discrepancies or issues to management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
