Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth through three key areas: Business Development, by qualifying inbound leads and proactively prospecting new customers; Account Management, by supporting and expanding existing accounts; and Team Selling, by collaborating with Business Development Account Managers to grow their portfolios. If you're a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact
This would be a full time onsite position. Schedule would be 7:30am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication skills: Articulating information clearly and confidently over the phone or through email.
Active listening: Effectively understanding customer needs and concerns.
Persuasive selling techniques: Ability to overcome objections and close deals.
Sales process knowledge: Understanding the different stages of the sales cycle.
Computer and systems proficiency: Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with sales management software.
Time management skills: Prioritizing leads and managing a busy sales pipeline.
Adaptability: Adjusting sales strategies based on customer feedback and market changes.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage both inbound and follow-up tasks based on priority, while communicating timelines as needed to key stakeholders.
A commitment to excellent customer experience.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Sedentary work; office environment.
Ability to attend customer visits/meetings in which sitting, standing or walking for long periods may be required.
Must be able to readily solve customer complaints and questions.
Must be able to analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly.
Able to work comfortably in a dynamic environment.
