Job Title: Painter

Job Description

Employees will be performing painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. They specialize in commercial and industrial projects for both new construction and existing buildings. The vast majority of the work is on interior walls, but they also handle exterior painting. All projects will be within a 40-mile radius of Oshkosh. Contractors will use brushes, rollers, and spray guns provided by the company to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients

  • Handle both new construction and existing buildings

  • Primarily work on interior walls with some exterior painting

  • Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings

  • Learn and perform airless spraying, brush and rolling, as well as cutting in without using tape

  • Use HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects

Work Environment

Employees will report to job sites and work in a team environment that varies in size depending on the project. The dress code is jeans/t-shirt or painter whites. Core hours are dayshift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but may vary depending on the job. Painters will travel from their home to job sites within a 40-mile radius, with no overnight travel required. Worksites will be vacant during painting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00
