Position: Facilities Technician 1

Shift: 1st Shift (Sun - Sat, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor facility safety and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems, power controls, and mechanical systems.

• Conduct general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing.

• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance services.

• Replace lighting systems (bulbs and ballasts) as needed.

• Assist in moving office furniture and equipment as requested.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using hand and electrical tools.

• Basic knowledge of machine repair and maintenance.

• Ability to perform minor concrete repairs.

• Familiarity with operating man lifts (boom lift/scissor lift) after training.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Good problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and smartphones.

• Fluent in English.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
