Responsibilities

Hands on Leadership Role - Background in Industrial Maintenance - Electrical Experience Preferred

This individual will be in complete control of the Maintenance Department and repair of all equipment, organizing, scheduling preventative maintenance and building repairs (limited, such as lights, etc.).

Types of equipment in will include:

Cincinnati Injection Molding machines VT300-34 Hydraulic Toggle with Servo Robots Injection Molds

KRB Steel manufacturing machines both Hydraulic and Servo

Aim Steel Manufacturing machines -Servo and 3D

Powder Coating Line – including paint booth, conveyor system, and Infrared and Electric Oven Robotic Welder - Servo

Electric Conveyor

Air Compressors and Air Dyers

Pump Tank and Tower

Chillers

Fork Lifts, 5000 lbs. and 10,000 lbs.

Security Cameras

Rod Chompers – Metal Bending - Hydraulic

Wire Cutter Hydraulic and Hydraulic press

Conduit Cutter – Electric and pneumatic

Grinder – Electric

Expectations:

All Scheduling of Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance

Vendor Management when needed

Reduce down time electrical and mechanical
