We are looking for excellent talent to support our mission through our signature Wendy's Wonderful KidsĀ® (WWK) program. As an Adoption Program Manager based in Dublin, Ohio you will provide critical guidance and technical assistance with programmatic questions to WWK Recruiters, helping them implement an evidence-based, child-focused recruitment model. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of foster care adoption, strong communication skills and a high commitment to excellence. Key Deliverables: Monitor WWK grantee/partner agency performance, including monthly online data submissions, bi-annual narrative and fiscal reports, and compliance with agency goals Guide the dissemination of the child-focused recruitment model through support, evaluation, presentations and training Evaluate proposals for adherence to programmatic and fiscal guidelines Routinely review data submissions for accuracy and evaluation of fidelity to the child-focused recruitment model Perform site visits as necessary and engage in regular contact with assigned WWK recruiters Assist with annual WWK Summit, orientation of new recruiters and ongoing educational and technical assistance efforts What You Bring: Undergraduate degree in social work, public administration or a related field required 2-4 years of experience in child welfare, preferably foster care adoption Experience with evidence-based programs and data-driven approaches to solving child welfare issues Strong knowledge and experience in foster care adoption and child welfare systems Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to work in a dynamic team; personal qualities of integrity, credibility, openness and commitment to the mission Experience with grant-making and/or management Our Benefits At the Foundation, our team is committed to providing unwavering dedication to change the journey for children lingering in foster care.
