We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused and detail-oriented human resources generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is integral to providing essential support to HR functional areas, including talent acquisition, talent management and generalist responsibilities. Key Deliverables With oversight of the HR director, oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, coordinating interview logistics, sourcing and screening candidates; guiding hiring managers, ensuring adherence to Foundation talent acquisition guidelines; serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience Proactively source and engage with potential candidates to build a future talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs; create generate reports on key HR metrics related to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and data insights Prepare new hire orientation materials, schedule & conduct orientation meetings to review policies, procedures and benefits; assist in developing and refining onboarding materials to enhance the new hire experience Coordinate the pre-boarding and onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of offer letters, employment verifications and new hire paperwork, collaborate with cross-functional teams (hiring manager, IT, facilities, etc.) to ensure new hires have all necessary equipment and schedules to support a smooth transition into the Foundation Provide other generalist duties including drafting position descriptions, supporting talent management processes and initiatives; supporting HR projects to improve processes and efficiencies What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in human resources business administration or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in human resources required Previous recruitment experience preferred A proactive, customer-service oriented approach to work, with a focus on creating positive experiences for employees and candidates Proficiency in HR software, project management tools (e.g., Asana), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with analyzing data is a plus Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented with the ability to demonstrate tremendous self-awareness and exceptional interpersonal skills Our Benefits At the Foundation, our team is committed to providing unwavering dedication to change the journey for children lingering in foster care.
