Your role and responsibilities
A Business Analyst with ADM skills is a non-technical domain functional consultant who has a strong understanding and working experience with the SDLC. They excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. They possess strong impact analysis and gap analysis abilities, effectively managing stakeholders and users while facilitating requirement workshops. Proficient in process and use case mapping, they analyze business cases and guide technical and vendor teams. The cornerstone of their skill set is exceptional communication and analytical skills, enabling them to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with the ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team.
Required technical and professional expertise
Coordinate needs between the Product Owner and the VMO
· Knowledge of using Visio (Process Flows)
· Strong Communication Skills - ability to work with customers and on tasks independently with little or no supervision once trained on the procedures
· Strong Analytic Skills.
· Ability to learn from the SME and create SOP Documentation, Business Process Flows
Preferred technical and professional experience
Prepare detailed forecasts and long-term financial planning for each project, ensuring accuracy to avoid variances
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data from various sources to understand financial health.
Leverage SAP to review financial information
Review and process invoices and expenses monthly, accruing or C&A (Corrections and Adjustment) charges if it’s required.
Process chargebacks monthly and notify owners to ensure their forecast accuracy
Provide regular updates and reports on financials status to management
Follow up with project managers to review and track expenses
Follow up with the responsible party for specific items
Presenting financial findings to management and directors.
