Description and Requirements
Job description:
Support service parts supply chain throughout material lifecycle to hit part availability level target and pipeline inventory turnover target
Demand forecasting based on multiple points ( global view and country view) ,country seasonality & products
Decide safety stocking level based on different scenario, including new buy, allocation, rebalance & E&O
Manage supplier shortages to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan
Manage recovery actions and expectations with peer groups, especially with countries peer groups to collect customer feedback and requirement
Resolve any issues related with Shipment, Invoices, MD update within the agreed SLA
Be EOSL lifecycle focal point to deal with all issues during the period and turn off supply to customer without any issue
Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities
Candidate qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistic
At least 3 years’ experience in planning & purchasing role
Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing
Excellent affinity for data analysis
Good communication skills and be able to understand complex issues
Able to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure
Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliers
Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
Previous experience in MNC is preferred
