Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
根据项目需求支持IT服务采购，包括IT软件、人力外包及相关的非生产性物料采购；
管理采购运营，交付关键绩效指标；
持续推动成本优化
支持采购数字化；
支持供应商绩效管理；
学习行业知识并与团队分享；
支持日常工作中的紧急情况；
职位要求：
1-5年采购相关工作经验，有IT服务类采购经验优先；
流利的英语交流能力；
能够规划和执行与业务转型、供应/供应商管理、流程再造和成本管理相关的采购运营活动；
可以在特定商品/类别内实施采购策略，进行供应商筛选、价格谈判；
能够跟踪和分析采购业绩，包括成本、现金流、费用控制；
可以与业务部门互动，推动商品路线图和类别采购战略；
为间接支出制定产品商品来源计划，进行支出管理；
具备基本的谈判技巧和分析能力，能够与供应商建立良好的关系，在快节奏的环境中独立和团队合作。
