Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical and clinical training, education and ongoing clinical support to train surgeons& Operating Room staff, dealers and internal employees on the approved use and application of company products.

  2. Provide on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers by providing scientific and technical information in response to inquiries regarding approved use of medical devices.

  3. Collaborate as appropriate with Technical Service Engineers and/or Sales to support on new installations, site support and trouble shooting.

  4. Collaborate as appropriate with Sales team to achieve equipment and pack sales target.

  5. Attend and support Medical Congresses, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars, wet-labs as requested by training centers and bidding.

  6. Refer inquiries related to unapproved uses of technologies.

  7. Provide appropriate support to the related departments on Adverse Events Reports.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or above in a scientific discipline (Medicine, medical science) required.

  2. Ophthalmology or engineering educational background, familiar with the equipment and understand cataract surgery.

  3. 2+ years of ophthalmology / medical device experience in clinical, sales or marketing roles and on-the-job training of application is preferred.
