Conduent Portfolio Coordinator in Guatemala City, Guatemala

Portfolio Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology or related field preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in a portfolio administration / project coordinator / supply and demand or similar experience.

• Experience facilitating meetings

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Basic Data analytics experience

• Basic Power BI experience (oriented to data interpretation)

• Intermediate experience working with Excel (Pivot Tables)

• Experience working with SharePoint, Project Online and Azure DevOps is a plus.

Responsibility Statements

Capability Management [Resource Pool]:

• Participates and supports the adoption of processes and routines to maintain the Pool of Resources updated; with the end goal of provide data so Teams can assess/determine actions for resource needs and resource constraints.

Capacity Management:

• Participates and supports the adoption of Capacity Management processes and routines to maintain resource allocations updated for all Work (Programs, Projects, Work Efforts and O&M); with the end goal of provide data so Teams can understand what their resources are working on and their availability to start New Work.

Demand Management:

• Participates and supports the adoption of Demand Management processes and routines to coordinate the prioritization and identification of resources needed to start New Work (Programs, Projects, Work Efforts and O&M); with the end goal of provide data so Teams can have Initial Resource Allocations.
