Primary Responsibilities:
TOPS is a claim adjudication application in Mainframe technology. Resource will be working as SDET/Quality engineer and needs to be highly proficient in Manual Testing, Testing Automation tools and Agile Methodology
Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Acceptance Gherkin’zed test plans and test cases
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Communicate and interact efficiently with co-workers, management & customers
Develop and maintain reusable, data driven/Modular automated test scripts in one or more of the following tools: Lean FT, UFT, Selenium
Develop and update Automated Regression test scripts
Develop and maintain object repositories, test data, and function libraries. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to Automation team members and QA Management
Actively participate as a member of an agile team
Performing automation testing (manual on demand execution as well as scheduled execution)
Partner with development teams to design, develop, and deliver automation tests that exercise software enhancement testing based on business specifications
Contribute to Testing team and help to achieve key business objectives
Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing. Preferred having knowledge on Claims processing and health care basics
Proven experience with defect tracking applications
Good knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools
Knowledge of software QE methodologies, tools, and processes
Broad business approach and deep understanding of software Testing Methodologies, Software automation, quality practices and SDLC
Claims processing knowledge
Quality Engineering - Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Execution, Test Reporting, Defect reporting and triage, Regression Testing, Automation Testing, Agile Project delivery
Proven exposure to Agile/Scrum development process
Proven hands on Manual Testing & SDET Technologies (Automated test execution) in Agile project development cycle
Proven ability to work independently, and collaborate with others as integral part of the team
Proven to possesses a positive, quality-oriented, reliable, and flexible attitude
Proven good oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels internally and externally
Proven participation in SCRUM meetings, Refinement reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
Possess knowledge in SDET technologies (Selenium, LeanFT, Core Java, IDE, Cucumber, Maven, Junit)
Preferred Qualification:
- Background in TOPS Application & Healthcare industry applications Testing in Mainframe
