The team you will be a part of

The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.

This role in summary

To look after all the Commercial Finance / Credit Control activities.

Your responsibilities will include

• To contribute in policy and process development to improve efficiency.

• To work closely with branches & regions to support business.

• Basic understanding/monitoring of operational controls/compliance in branches

• To contribute towards systems/IT automation of processes to improve effectiveness/efficiency

• To work on data/MIS to analyse different dimensions

• To work with internal & external stakeholders.

• Understanding of credit control and receivable part.

• Understanding of scheme management/CN punching.

• To own up Sales Incentive process including setting up controls around targets & actual calculations, co-ordinating updation of outlet & sales team member mapping & approving payout.

• To monitor & control Branch operations through periodic scorecard

Minimum requirements

• Qualified CA with 1+ year of experience

• Excellent Communication skills and Proven record in Academics
