Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution design, development and deployment of machine learning models and AI to address the complex business problem

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpret complex healthcare data to provide actionable insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Claim Operation Team etc.) to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Develop and implement advanced ML algorithms to solve healthcare-specific problems, e,g predictive analytics, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Model (LLM), Small Language Model (SML)

• Optimize and enhance existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability

• Develop and integrate generative AI models for medical text generation, data augmentation and synthetic data generation

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into ongoing solutions

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and visualizations

• Develop and maintain documentation for models, processes, and systems

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.tech in computer science or equivalent from a Tier I institute

• 10+ years of overall experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering roles like GenAI, Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, and Data Visualization, ML framework and libraries

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras

• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams

• Proven excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects from conception to deployment
