General Description of Duties: The Human Resources Specialist serves as a human resources advisor to agency operations. This role ensures compliance with relevant legal and organizational standards, provides accurate and actionable HR data to support leadership decisions, and enhances employee engagement through clear and effective communication initiatives. The HR Partner collaborates with stakeholders to drive organizational success by aligning these key functions with broader business objectives. In addition, this role will serve as the lead for management of leave programs, workers compensation claims, system reporting, and employee communication.
