Amazon IC Customer Q&R Engineer in Haifa, Israel

Description

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Annapurna Labs, as part of AWS, is looking for an IC Customer Q&R Engineer.

As an IC Quality and Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Annapurna Labs' semiconductor products meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will include direct work with Annapurna's customers to jointly debug failures and reduce IC related failures, support RMA analyses

In this role you will be completely exposed to the semi-conductor production flow of all Annapurna Labs products, semi-conductor testing methodologies and FAB process yield improvement activity.

Basic Qualifications

  • B.Sc. degree (M.Sc an advantage) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science or related fields with practical work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability and customer support

  • Knowledge in semiconductor physics, VLSI IC design, manufacturing, testing and FA, reliability engineering and statistics fundamentals.

  • Experience in IC- and system-level testing and debug.

  • Experience with customer engagements and reporting

  • A team player, with the ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with semiconductor industry production flows.

  • Experience working with OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers).

  • Good knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process.

  • Programming capabilities.
