KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: -Proficiently be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. -Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both patients and healthcare professionals. -Proficient in Microsoft suits, specifically Microsoft Excel, ADP and finance broker system. -Knowledge of finance, accounting and cost accounting. -Knowledge of healthcare accounting and financial processes. -Ability to effectively calculate large numbers with accuracy and efficiency. -Must be able to work independently and be able to work effectively as a team member. -Must be able to work with frequent interruptions, maintaining a high degree of concentration. -Effective time management of own time and of others. -Possess problem solving skills. -Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. -Ability to communicate effectively with others. -Passion for establishing and ensuring financial gain within the organization.
