Oracle ERPM Consulting Practice Director in HAMBURG, Germany
Job Description
As the ERP Practice Leader at Oracle Germany, you'll lead our mission to elevate Oracle's market presence by guiding German enterprises through their transformation journey from traditional on-premise ERP systems to Oracle's innovative cloud solutions.
Strategic Impact
Lead customers through complex cloud migrations, helping them reimagine their business processes beyond the limitations of traditional ERP implementations
Provide the strategic vision and practical roadmap for enterprises making the pivotal shift from legacy environments to Oracle Cloud ERP
Position Oracle as the forward-thinking alternative that delivers faster implementation, greater agility, and superior ROI compared to traditional ERP approaches
Build and mentor a high-performing team of ERP consultants who embody our "Oracle knows Oracle best" philosophy

Your Leadership
Develop compelling cloud migration approaches that address the specific concerns of German enterprises transitioning from on-premise systems
Partner with Sales to identify enterprises ready for cloud transformation and develop tailored adoption strategies
Own the P&L responsibility for our German ERP practice, ensuring both client satisfaction and business profitability
Help customers understand the fundamental differences between traditional ERP implementations and modern cloud approaches
Build a team with both traditional ERP expertise and cloud-native skills to support customers at any stage of their journey
Forecast resource needs, cultivate team capabilities, and drive performance that exceeds client expectations
Contribute to Oracle's long-term ERP strategy and portfolio evolution in the German market

Responsibilities
Your Experience & Expertise
Proven track record guiding enterprises from legacy ERP systems to cloud solutions
Strong understanding of both traditional ERP implementations and modern cloud approaches
Exceptional ability to navigate the organizational challenges of cloud transformations
10+ years leading consulting teams through complex implementation projects
Significant experience implementing ERP solutions in at least one key industry: financial services, manufacturing, or retail
Ability to articulate the business case for cloud transformation to skeptical stakeholders
Confident and compelling when discussing transformation strategy at the C-level
Fluency in both German and English
Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Science or equivalent
This role requires occasional travel to client sites throughout Germany as well as international travel
