Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings. You will lead a team of installers, ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers on job sites, ensuring efficient and safe installation practices.

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and related components.

• Ensure all HVAC installations meet local building codes and manufacturer specifications.

• Perform site assessments and evaluations, providing recommendations for system upgrades or installations.

• Coordinate and schedule installation work to ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior installers and apprentices.

• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution.

• Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly.

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, providing timely solutions to customers.

• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including job notes and equipment specifications.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns during the installation process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
