As an Electronics Technician at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by being responsible for the testing, alignment and troubleshooting of cosite Modules. Annual incentive plan (bonus) Paid vacation and sick time Up to 10 paid holidays/year 4 hours voluntary time off to volunteer for your favorite charity Health, dental, and vision insurance, subject to applicable premium deductions Short-term and long-term disability insurance - 100% company paid Other ancillary insurance options available 401(k) retirement account with matching MPG contributions & profit sharing (if applicable) Profit Sharing Plan - potential up to 3% of base salary Educational Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year Gym membership reimbursement up to $120 per year Primary Responsibilities: Setup and perform technical electronic test functions with the aid of written procedures and instructions Troubleshoot Modules performance to the circuit card component level Perform mechanical assembly such as installing covers Required to perform component level troubleshooting and repair of RF cosite subsystems Use of schematics, PCB/PWB layouts, mechanical drawings, and work instructions Module technicians will use oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, Power Amplifiers, Frequency Counters, Power Meters, and automated tests sets Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be well versed in the use of common RF test equipment (including calibration & troubleshooting equipment) Must have knowledge of power amplifiers, synthesizers, power supplies, digital control circuitry, RF filter principles such as bandwidth, Q, insertion loss, and return loss as well as an advance understanding of filter alignment and component function PC skills are required for data entry and use of test software Demonstrates ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex circuits Must have experience with commonly used test equipment such as oscilloscope, multi-meter, power supplies and network analyzer Ability to interface effectively with internal customers Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization High level of attention to detail Ability to read drawings and blueprints Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification Requirements Include: Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident - Green Card Holder) High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2-year degree in an electronics field from an accredited college, university or technical school required Minimum 2
